Where should we go next?
Good ideas start with you.
Give good ideas
somewhere to go.
Let customers suggest a feature, add their vote, and read your response. Keep the conversation attached to the idea so its context stays with it.
- Suggestions and votes in one place
- Replies from your team
- Visible progress beyond the first request
Offline trail maps
“I’d love to keep using my saved maps when I’m out of signal. Could we download a route before leaving?”
We’re planning offline maps for saved trails. Thanks for telling us where the connection drops off.
Keep your community
in the picture.
Share what’s planned, what’s being built, and what has shipped. A public roadmap gives people a place to return to, without another follow-up message.
- A shared view of product progress
- Statuses your team keeps current
- The original idea stays part of the story

A suggestion becomes work in progress. A shipped feature gets a useful introduction. Your team chooses each status and publishes the update when it’s ready.
Questions about customer portal
What’s included in the Customer Portal?
Feature requests, a roadmap, a changelog, and a help center. Each has its own purpose, with a shared branded portal experience.
Can I control who submits requests?
Yes. In-app request settings support separate audience rules for viewing and submitting. Public portal access is configured separately; those audience rules do not describe public portal permissions.
Does moving a request publish a changelog automatically?
No. Your team manages request status and publishes changelog entries separately. The portal helps present those stages together without making publishing decisions for you.
You’re building something great.
Let your users be part of it.
Bring feedback, surveys, messaging, and your customer portal together.
All features included.
