Illustrative stages. Your team chooses statuses and publishes updates.

Make “you asked”
part of “we shipped”.

Close the loop with the people who suggested the idea. Keep the request, the progress, and the published update in the same Customer Portal, with each step managed by your team.

Questions about changelog

Is a changelog entry the same as a push campaign?

No. A changelog is published content in your portal. A push campaign or in-app announcement is a separate message you can create to draw attention to an update.

Where do people find it?

Changelog lives in your branded Customer Portal, alongside the other portal features. Your users can return to the same place for ideas, progress, release updates, and help.

Is this included when I start free?

Yes. All four Customer Portal features are included with UserGist. Start free with up to 1,000 monthly active users.
