Is the help center a separate support inbox?

No. It is a publishing space for help articles and collections. It does not advertise live chat or ticket management.

Where do people find it?

Help center lives in your branded Customer Portal, alongside the other portal features. Your users can return to the same place for ideas, progress, release updates, and help.
