Give users a way to shape what comes next.

A campaign can bring someone back. A survey can help you understand their experience, and a request board gives their next idea a home. UserGist puts those feedback workflows beside your in-app messages.

Questions about UserGist vs OneSignal.

Can OneSignal already run in-app surveys?

Yes. OneSignal documents survey forms in its in-app messaging product. UserGist’s additional scope includes a dedicated survey workflow and a customer portal for requests, roadmap, release notes, and help.

Should I replace a live OneSignal push setup immediately?

No. UserGist still needs a real push-enabled app configuration with APNs or FCM credentials and physical-device validation. Verify delivery, permissions, token handling, and migration requirements before switching a live push channel.

Can UserGist include people who have not signed up?

Yes. UserGist supports anonymous and identified app users. Configure the appropriate audience and consent settings for feedback, surveys, and messages. Public portal access has separate settings.

How should I plan a move from OneSignal?

List the workflows you rely on first. Review exports, user identities, consent, SDK coverage, and existing links. Test a small campaign before replacing anything live; this comparison does not promise a one-click importer or automatic transfer of subscriptions.
