Keep listening after the survey.

Questions about UserGist vs Survicate.

Does Survicate support in-app and mobile surveys?

Yes. Survicate supports both, including mobile SDKs. The reason to consider UserGist is the combination of surveys with a customer portal and in-app messaging, rather than a claim that Survicate only runs website surveys.

Can UserGist replace an email survey program?

UserGist’s dashboard focuses on surveys triggered inside your product. If built-in email survey sending is essential, assess that requirement separately before replacing Survicate.

Can UserGist include people who have not signed up?

Yes. UserGist supports anonymous and identified app users. Configure the appropriate audience and consent settings for feedback, surveys, and messages. Public portal access has separate settings.

How should I plan a move from Survicate?

List the workflows you rely on first. Review exports, user identities, consent, SDK coverage, and existing links. Test a small campaign before replacing anything live; this comparison does not promise a one-click importer or automatic transfer of subscriptions.
