Questions about UserGist vs Userpilot.

Does UserGist provide session replay?

No. UserGist provides feedback and campaign reporting, but does not replace a session-replay tool. Userpilot explicitly includes replay in its product suite.

Does Userpilot have self-service help?

Yes. Userpilot offers an in-app Resource Center. UserGist’s help center is part of a Customer Portal that also contains feature requests, a public roadmap, and a changelog; compare the experience your users need.

Can UserGist include people who have not signed up?

Yes. UserGist supports anonymous and identified app users. Configure the appropriate audience and consent settings for feedback, surveys, and messages. Public portal access has separate settings.

How should I plan a move from Userpilot?

List the workflows you rely on first. Review exports, user identities, consent, SDK coverage, and existing links. Test a small campaign before replacing anything live; this comparison does not promise a one-click importer or automatic transfer of subscriptions.
